- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 4 chops)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pinch paprika
