- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 drops red pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cooked ham
