- 3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 can (14 oz) Progresso™ artichoke hearts, drained, cut lengthwise in half
