
Slow-Cooker Ham and Sweet Potatoes

- 1/2 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
