Air Fryer Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

INGREDIENTS :

    • 2 cups blue cheese stuffed olives, drained
    • 1/2 cup all purpose or gluten-free flour
    • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • pinch of oregano
    • 2 eggs

Recipe Description

  1. Pat dry each olive very well.
  2. In one bowl combine flour, oregano and garlic powder.
  3. In a second bowl whisk the two eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Take each olive and dip it in the flour mixture (make sure to fully coat) then drench in the egg, then quickly toss in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Repeat with each olive and place in a lightly sprayed air fry basket.
  7. Spray the olives with non stick spray.
  8. Air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flip them then cook another 3-4 minutes or until crispy.
