Air Fryer Pistachio-Crusted Halibut

INGREDIENTS :

    • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
    • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped unsalted pistachio
    • 2 Tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
    • 1 green onion, minced
    • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
    • 2 (4 – 6 oz.) halibut fillets
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt to taste
    • Lemon wedges.

Recipe Description

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 F for 3 minutes.
  2. Stir goat cheese, chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, scallion, and lemon zest in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. Pat dry the halibut fillets with a paper towel. Brush the top of the fillets with olive oil, season with garlic powder and salt.
  4. Coat the halibut fillets with the pistachio mixture, pressing to help it adhere. Air fry for 6 to 10 minutes or until the fish flake easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and your side of choice. Enjoy!
