Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS :

    • 16 large mushrooms
    • 1 tablespoon salted butter
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • ½ cup onion minced
    • 4 ounces cream cheese
    • ¼ teaspoon thyme leaves
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese divided
    • pepper to taste

Recipe Description

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely dice stems.

  2. Combine stems, garlic, onion and butter in a small pan. Cook until onion is tender. Cool mixture completely.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix onion mixture with cream cheese, thyme, Worcestershire, parsley, pepper to taste and 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese.

  4. Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.

  5. Place caps in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 7-9 minutes.
